The Fine Print

• This voucher can only be redeemed upon contacting our reservations department: hamburg.guestservice@marriott.com
• By purchasing one of our vouchers, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions, the shipping information and the voucher-related terms and conditions
• This voucher is only valid at the Hamburg Marriott Hotel and is valid for 3 years. After this time, the voucher automatically loses its value.
• Cash payout of the voucher is not possible. Vouchers must always be redeemed in full. If the value of the consumption is lower than the value of the voucher, the difference cannot be paid out in cash. In the case of a residual value, this expires automatically.
• The hotel reserves the right to impose certain blocking dates on which the voucher cannot be redeemed.
• All bookings and reservations are subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. 
• The original voucher must be presented in printed form upon redemption. If this voucher is not presented, it will not be possible to redeem it.
• When paying with a voucher, all government taxes and price components are automatically included. All other fees incurred, such as the culture & tourism tax, must be paid separately.
• A voucher does not exempt the guest from paying a deposit on arrival for an overnight stay in the room. An overnight stay, which will be charged by reception and released after departure.
